enlighten Consulting LLC is an Indianapolis-based consulting firm that was founded in 2023 by Eric Diters and Travis Hamblin. One of the main guiding principles behind enlighten Consulting is to develop a methodology that simplifies the nebulousness of knowledge management while also respecting the client’s time, money & organizational needs.

At enlighten Consulting, we place a major emphasis on collaborative development, sharing knowledge & empowering the client to manage their knowledge management processes through meaningful trainings and detailed transition services.

Travis is an Indianapolis native, graduate of the Kelley School of Business – Indianapolis, and veteran, having served as a Combat Medic Specialist in the Indiana Army National Guard.

Travis has an extensive consulting background in knowledge management and SharePoint development support. Additionally, Travis has experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies, Section 508 Compliance, site accessibility development, and user experience/user interface (UX/UI) design.

Travis currently resides in Indianapolis with his wife, Laura, and their two kids, Ewan and Sadie.
